I know I am neither new to the business nor a " worker" for NAW, but I do like to be social on all the forums and when it is to my mind " necesarry" I post my opinion, but not to teach or preach to the up and comers in the business cause I am not that old in the wrestling scene but I had many opportunities some I took some I denied and I am sure if I had the frame of mind I have now I would have been something else, but that is the famous line that all inspiring workers use, the " would've, Shouldve, Didn't" phrase, but I see things clearly when I look to my roots and my own thoughts and wisdom, cause that is what keeps me humble and social with all degrees of workers, from the Rookies, to the Vets, now take this at word value, reading Chaz Matrix explanation about hard times and providing a solid show was a good one, he made some sense and has a open door policy to those who are left behind cause of lack of training and direction, now some frown on this due to the fact it's true, there are key elements that are needed to be a Pro Wrestler, my feelings advice from those who been there, or are heading to the top, is Training is essential, dedication to the sport, and keeping the strong mentality is my motivations in wrestling, I train every week at the ACW shows, plus my 6+ shows I do a month when they come, some do not, and it shows, but I feel that any promotion can be a strong contender in the race to be one of the few top promotions in the state, keep your shows good and entertaining, promoting, and make sure your talent knows that it's about the "show" not the worker that will get you somewhere, cause the fans will learn your name and cheer for you and then you will be ore recognized, how is that true you may think, cause it has worked for me at ACW, I keep those key thoughts in mind, did the best to have the best matches, and entertain the crowd, and let them know that there getting there money's worth, now you are probably wondering, " where is the moral of this story" it is i was a greenie as some of you are reading now are, and some like Chaz, Lethal, and others know me when I broke in the business, and I don't hate on my past cause I lived it and I don't deny what I done for any promotion, so I root for those who did backyard, or just came in to wrestle, but my thoughts are just train before you get in that ring, learn your craft and be great at it, if you are not inspired to work out then just do some work outs to look presentable, and yes people say gear makes you look more legit, that only applies for those who care for there wrestling and bodies, I say if you are in this make this the best adventure you can make it, cause no matter what I can leave now and be pleased with the little i have done and know I have many brothers in the sport, and that goes a long way... so take this for what it's worth, if this helps then good, if it's ignored then what can I do I ain't deleting it....... Peace

Well said, Eddie, well said. Never igonre your past, instead, embrace it. Do this because you love it, and for no ther reason. Train, work out, do whatever it takes to get better. Don't settle for right now, but don't let go of where you've been. Thanks for your wisdom, Eddie. You underrate yourself, and a few others don't give you the credit you deserve, either.

I've known eddie for a long time, I never once doubted his heart, desire and ability. If you recall bro it was I asking you to come to the NSW/NAW benefit show. I am one who doesnt forget anything, if you look I kept the NAW title historys from the moment we first went to jo bobs till now. Everything Eddie said made sense to me, I simply want to have fun shows and a great place for workers to be. Little known fact about me is this When I left wrestling in 04 it was to pursue a career in music, i did well I got signed and I released a few albums, Lethal knows all about this. I produced and engineered and was on shows with the likes of juelz santana, young jeezy pall wall and twista, I engineered 2 songs in Kanye Wests personal studio in CHicago. and after all the sucess I was looking at, I couldnt get NAW out of my head. I recently retired from music so I could pursue this more, it is a passion I live. I want this to be more than an ideal or a "shit show" and I belive in 3 years I will be on the same scale as FIP bold statement, but I have that desire. eddie you are an elite member of NAW even though currently not on the roster I had plans on asking if you would be willing to consider an alumni spot along side method and a few others like shadow and druid. you guys all helped out when NAW/GXW was born.
But on a lighter side
eddie remember when you lost your keys in your cars tail pipe? and we stood out there with you and druid till like 3am till someone brought you your spare set? good times bro......I never forget my friends

I didn't post this to put myself over, I don't have that kinda mentality, but if what I say can help you with your future since I was there once it makes me happy cause I seen some people try to pursue a career in this sport and it's hard and they left cause of the politics and garbage and they were real good talent, I hate to see the new guys I respect do the same.
Thanks Vinny, i see it as I fought for my respect cause I just don't kiss ass for no one, and people tend not to like that, but I am easy going also so my fellow wrestlers are giving me the props I need and I guess it's working since I just signed to work AWF for awhile, a New Jersey show in april, and MXPW threw Scott Commodity, so something is working, thanks for the kinds workds Vinny, you work hard and you will get somewhere man, somewhere atleast you will respect.
and Chaz, i remember that shit, that was funny and fustrating also, I had a habit in the Hay days to leave my keys in my tail pipe ( why you ask cause I was naive and retarded) and Chaz and co. try to help, there is alot of memories out of that place and I am grateful for all of them, I never reject working fridays, wednesdays, and sundays, was pretty cool to wreslter three times a week, anyways take care ppl, peace
